Round Records 'Haiti Project' Charity Compilation Now Available for Download 
BIRMINGHAM, UK, NEWARK, NJ, Jan. 26 -- Round Records, Electric Six's UK home for the past couple of years, today is announcing that the Haiti Project is available for download. All proceeds from this compilation will be donated to relief efforts for Haiti in this extraordinary time of need. Tune into Fox News LATE Thursday night/early Friday Morning at 3AM Eastern for Dick Valentine's latest appearance on Red Eye. His first three appearances on this panel talk/comedy show have been among the best television he's ever done in our humble opinion, so this is a must see.UPDATE: Due to a scheduling conflict, this appearance will be postponed a few days. Guess what? After 15 long years (or 3, give or take), Electric Six is happy to announce its return to our great neighbor to the North for an extended run of dates in March of 2010. We'll also be hitting select American cities as part of the same tour...check to the right for a list. There will likely be another two or three shows added to the itinerary shortly, so if you don't see your town and you think it should be visited by Electric Six on this tour, close your eyes, spin around at least 42 times, blink, and look again. Repeat as needed until you get the desired result.Oh, and for the record, that is NOT a misprint, Calgary. Electric Six will play not once but twice in your town. Why, you ask? It's either that Broken City cannot possibly contain just one Electric Six show, or certain band members are hoping to run into Lanny McDonald in order to garner some facial hair grooming tips. One of those for sure...
American Troubador to Go All British and Shit
CASPER, WY, Nov. 18 -- Dick Valentine is pleased to announce that he will be performing his one-man solo acoustic version of himself once again at the Blue Cat in Stockport, UK on Thursday, Dec. 10. The performance will take place at 7 p.m. a couple of hours before his band Electric Six (whose site you are currently visiting) plays a gig at the Academy in nearby Manchester.This will be Valentine's third performance at the Blue Cat. Valentine will be UNREHEARSED and NERVOUS AS HELL, which makes him extremely vulnerable and compliant to riduculous demands. Come see the American Troubador in England one more time. Double down on Valentine. You might have a real good time.
